The issues like detoriating state of holistic (Physical, mental, and spiritual) approach of addiction treatment or negligence of after treatment care, and prevention of addiction were fuel to the devastating rapidly spreading inferno of addiction epidemic.

Above all, the common men’s ignorance of the fact that addiction is classified as a disease and is treatable, has load to stigmatization of the disease and its victim. The addicts is looked down upon rather than be treated as a sick person and is often isolated from the main stream of the society further complicating the intervention of the addiction epidemic. There seemed to be an urgent need to upgrade and requirement of the addiction treatment program Module.
