“I am fine foundation” is an effort and initiative by “I am fine” group towards helping people understand addiction and help them find solutions for the same. Addiction is widely prevalent and a very common issue but very complex to understand and treat. Addiction is as natural and as basic as the survival instinct yet the same may go against the human growth and survival itself.

I am fine foundation is committed to provide help to people trying to find the solution to their addictive behaviours and activities. It is also committed to finding new ways and strategies in overcoming issues related to addiction.

Each person and each individual has a different set of circumstances and reasons for his or her addictive behaviour and hence needs a different approach towards finding the solution for the same. At “I am Fine“ we try to understand the unique matrix of issues and then try to develop a personalized solution for the problem.

We understand and believe that Addiction is a natural phenomenon and is part of human nature. It is not a reflection of good human or a bad human but a reflection of distorted instincts.
