This non profit website is owned and operated by YMNA (Youth Mobilization For National Advancement). YMNA is registered on 3rd December 1988 with the keen desire of being of service to human beings in the field of youth welfare, women empowerment, child welfare. It’s activities includes mental health awareness, counseling, psychotherapy, skill development, presentations, seminars, holistic growth in educational, occupational, cultural, religious and personal domain of individual. The organisation is running deaddiction and rehabilitation centre for people having problems of addiction of substance. Separate centre for women, adolescents and children is being run at Patna. Organisation is currently running a program which aims at providing, telephonic counseling sessions, mental health awareness, skill building, coping strategy, value-building based workshops in schools, colleges, offices and for the individual’s holistic growth With the rapid changes in the life style of the people around us it’s common to find either we or our people around us suffering from stress, functional depression, chronic mood swings, adjustment issues. Even we find our kids facing the effect of cut throat competition, pushing their limits, fulfilling their parent’s unfulfilled dreams by any means & a lack of value and path to follow their dreams. We aim to provide counseling services to facilitate the individuals to adopt a healthy life-style and healthy coping strategies to deal with their environment effectively.
